The Joy of reading

I really enjoy reading whenever I have free time. One reason I love to read is that when I am reading, book is such as my friend. I can spend my time for reading almost a half day and book also puts me in a good mood. When I am disappointed and sad, I will read a story about someone who has similar feeling with me. It gives me strength and hope .

Another reason I love to read is that I can go travel around the world without spending much money. If I want to go to Paris, I just read a book about Paris so that I know about the famous places in paris such as Eiffel tower, Culture, traditional food or the famous brands in Paris without going to those places. It is so interesting. But I believe to myself if someday I will go to that place.

The main reason that I enjoy reading is that it gains my knowledge about anything. And it allows me to travel in time especially the events that happened in tha past. If I really want to know about something that happened in the past such as World war. I just read a history book. And while I am reading, I can feel the situation at that time and I can visualize myself on the past. It is really fun. I think, book is the window of the world. I can not imagine life without reading.
